Theory
It all begins with a blank piece of paper (or a blank screen) when it comes to conceiving life-changing work. Ideas must take on a life of their own, but nothing can begin without the initial seed of human insight. Strategy, creativity, and exquisite execution are critical for any idea to flourish.
Results
I’ve spent the past 10 years building Neon - An FCB Health Company, from a small boutique agency of 100 people and $20 million in revenue, to 300 people and $60 million in revenue. But what’s most important to me is the friends I’ve made along the way, the careers I’ve helped to build, and the amazing creative people I’ve had the honor to lead for so long. My CV
I attended university at Parsons School of Design in NYC starting in 1986, and have enjoyed building creative communities ever since. With 12 years as self-employed after leaving school, I enjoyed the freedom to take on the projects that interested me most. By 1998, I moved to more traditional roles in healthcare advertising, and worked at many of the biggest agencies over the past 30 years.
