Career highlights

With over 30 years of healthcare experience, there is much that I am proud of. I have spent over 20 years alone with only 2 agencies because of the freedom and trust I was provided to impact their culture, their commitment to life-changing work, and most importantly theirdedication to people’s well-being. One of my proudest accomplishments has been leading Neon, An FCB Health Network Company from it’s first year, and to beyond its first decade, of success. Delivering steady growth from 100 employees and $20M in revenue in 2010, to 300 employees and over $60 Million in revenue in 2020 by year-over-year, double-digital annual growth.

At Neon I created a culture that is inspired by curiosity and collaboration, which drove many successful, industry first brands to market. This culture of curiosity and collaboration is supported by it’s diverse and inclusive talent pool with an extremely high employee retention rate. In support of the idea of diverse thinking, one element I’m particularly proud of was launching The Creative Edge, A Series on Speaking Inspiration, which brought in people of widely varying backgrounds including the first NYC CTO, MOMA recognized artists, Emmy winning playwrights, Grammy Award winning journalists, and many others, to share their perspective on inspiration with the Neon family.

I also am very proud of the award-winning work and internationally acclaimed reputation I’ve built for Neon. Neon became established as the “industry-firsts“ agency though the launch of many “first-in-category” pharmaceutical offerings ranging from mainstream gen-meds like Invokana and Cosentyx, to ultra rare diseases in pediatric neuroblastoma and AGHD diagnostics, and launching the first ever FDA-cleared digital therapeutic for substance and opioid use disorder.
